Training Course
The Training Course entitled "Fundamentals of Account Rounding"is offered at the agency office, 3 hours in duration and earns (3) Continuing Education Credits depending on the state. The course is designed for support staff to identify where they are missing sales opportunities, real case scenarios are demonstrated and new processes are created. This engaging course also focuses on e & o prevention and proper protection of assets. The course "theme" is "Don't Leave Money On The Table".
Sales Coaching
The Pre-Requisite for Sales Coaching is the training course "Fundamentals of Account Rounding". The Sales Coaching allows the support staff to take advantage of the tools afforded to them from the training course. The Sales Coaching sessions are customized based on support staff sales deficiences.
We begin to coach support staff "Face-To-Face"while increasing sales with
real caseagency policies. Support staff efforts are augmented by our insurance sales expertise and by offering the necessary solutions to achieve maximum sales success.
We also offer quarterly sales contests for the support staff that displays consistency in sales success. The incentives include a choice of $100 Gift Card or a Small Flat Screen TV.

We tailor our services to your needs and work within your budget to give maximum results. The sessions are defined as 1 or 2 days per week, 1 hour maximum with each staff, for a duration of 1 or 2 months. After each session you will receive a written feedback report detailing observations and solutions provided.
Our partnership approach requires collaboration to ensure success of each recommendation with regard to carving and/or allocating time for new strategies to be implemented.
New Agency Development
The new agency development service is offered to start-up agencies and agencies that have been in business for 3 years or less, but are not meeting or exceeding sales goals.
We provide in-depth reviews of the agency business plan and marketing strategies, while working day-to-day within the agency, analyzing sales and work-flow processes. We make recommendations that are focused on establishing a solid platform for profitable growth.
The written agreements include the signing of a confidentiality/non-disclosure contract and the contracts are customized based on the needs of the agency. This service is also offered to insurance carriers as a cluster approach to start-up agencies.
